How do I find provider and/or ACO information?

How do I find basic information about a medical provider or ACO of interest?

There are two places where you can find basic information for a medical provider, on the Explore page and on the Analyze page. ACO information is only found on the Analyze page.

Explore Page - not ACOs

Basic provider information is available for the following provider types are available in the Explore page:

• Physicians
• Hospitals
• Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Home Health Agencies
• Hospices

On the Explore page, all provider will show NPI, State, CIty, and County/ZIP. Physicians will also include Specialty and Sub-Specialty

If you click on a provider's name on the Explore page, Strategy will navigate to the Analyze page for the selected provider.

Analyze Page - ACO

By Default, on the Analyze page for an ACO, you will see:

• ACO name and Identification Number
• Location
• Contact information (if available)

If you click on the at the top right of the page, you will be able to see expanded content on the selected ACO.

There is some ACO specific content available:

• Track Name - 
• Revenue - 
• Pay - 
• Assignment ACO - 
• SNF 3-Day Rule Waiver - 

Analyze Page - All Provider types other than ACO

By default, on the Analyze page, you will see:

• The provider's name
• Location information
• Specialty information (Physician only)

If you click on the at the top right of the page, you will be able to see expanded content on the selected provider.

At this time you are not able to edit this content or add internal notes. Many of you who are users of Trella Health - Marketscape are familiar with this provider information and this content can be edited in Marketscape.
