How to Log in to Strategy
Your company email address is the email address you will use to log in to Strategy.
Login information for users with access to both Marketscape and Strategy.
A new account will not have an assigned password. You will need to set up a password before you log in for the first time.
Setting your initial password and resetting your password (if you forget it) follow the same process, which is described below.
Navigate to https://strategy.trellahealth.com. This link is always the link to follow to get to Strategy. | |
The first time you navigate to this URL, you will have a single field to fill out. - Enter your email address into the "Email" field - Click on "Continue to Log in |

This will take you to a page with two blank fields This is the login field. If you have already set your password, you will enter your email and password here - To set your password, click on the link labeled, "Forgot your Password?" |

On this page, you will enter your email address in the field labeled, "Email." - Then click "Reset my Password." - A new page will appear that you will use in Step 6 (below) |

An email will be sent to you that contains a 6-digit code. Copy the 6-digit code from the email. | |
Reset Password page - Enter the 6-digit code from the email - Choose a password and enter it twice, once in each field The password requirements will be checked as you fulfill each requirement - Click on "Change my Password." |

The page will automatically return to the login page where you can enter your email address and new password. |
Login for users of both Marketscape and Strategy
If you have an account in both Marketscape and Strategy, your password will be the same for both products. Your password will be aligned for both products automatically when your accounts are set up; you do not need to do anything to make this happen.
If you can't log in to either product, navigate to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?" Since the products are linked, you will then be able to reset your password for both. You can do this from the login page for either product.
