Overview
Networks are a grouping of NPIs or providers. Create a network to better understand the key metrics of providers in your existing network and evaluate performance. You can also use this tool to create prospective networks to see how a potential network may look if you add and remove certain providers.
Preparation - Before building a network, you may want to gather the Names or NPIs of providers you’d like to add and markets (states) the network spans.
Let's Create a Network!
Let's Go! Click on Create Network
This will open up the dialog box included in the table below for Step one.
Step One: Network Name and Type

Click Next to proceed to Step two. |
Step Two - Select Markets:
Select the state(s) your network spans. (You can use ctrl-click to select multiple states.) Once selected, click the to move your selected markets to the right window.
Click Next to move to Step three.
Step Three - Add Providers
Now, the sky's the limit.
Add a location, name or NPI in the search field and click on the provider of your choice that shows up under the search field.
A single click on any listed provider will add it to your chosen providers
For this example, we typed the word "Advocate" into the search field and we clicked on a number of facilities to add them to our network.
To remove any provider from the selection, click on the trash can icon

In this dialog box, you can search for any name or NPI of any provider to which you have access.
Click Next to proceed to the final step.
Step Four - Summary
The final step summarizes the settings for the network you just created.
You can click Back or click any of the circles at the top to go to previous steps and make any changes
Click Save to finish
Ready to Dig in!
The newly created Network will appear in your table of created networks in the Manage Networks tab.
Your new Network will also be available for selection on the View Networks tab.
Deleting a Network
From the Manage Networks tab, click on the checkbox to the left of any network in your list. The Delete Network links will darken, indicating that you can click it to delete the selected network from the table.
