ACO Data for the Full 2021 Calendar Year 

With our latest release, we’ve introduced Q4 2021 data into Mosaic, meaning the new metrics will represent data from the full 2021 Performance Year.  

ACO Analyze pages will now include destination data for the full calendar year 2021. You now have the ability to compare ACO metrics from 2019, 2020 and 2021. We anticipate bringing Q1 2022 data into the product in our August release.  

System Views have also been updated to show the full calendar year 2021 metrics!

New! High Needs Patients metrics on Physician Explore 

We have added 4 new metrics that will allow you to view and compare Physicians’ patient populations that have been identified to have high needs.
